About the Role: Global Equity Consultant
As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our stock plan management and compensation operations. You'll be entrusted with responsibilities that directly impact our employees' financial well-being and their connection to arenaflex's success. What You'll Do for Us
As a Global Equity Consultant, you'll contribute to a team that delivers exceptional stock plan management by:
- Performing comprehensive data audits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans. You'll be the guardian of accuracy, meticulously reviewing data to identify and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
- Processing critical equity transactions including the release of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock purchase plan matching share awards. Your attention to detail will ensure employees receive their rightful compensation in a timely manner.
- Reviewing equity transaction activity encompassing stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. You'll ensure accurate purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of all transactions.
- Acting as a trusted resource for participants, method partners, and other stakeholders by researching, tracking, and responding promptly and professionally to questions about equity plans and related processes.
- Supporting award grant processes for equity-based long-term incentive programs and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, ensuring smooth and accurate implementation of compensation decisions.
- Producing ad-hoc data analytics and reporting in support of ongoing operations, providing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in our processes.
- Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the Total Rewards function.
Qualifications & Requirements
We're looking for candidates who bring a combination of educational background, relevant experience, and the right competencies to succeed in this role. Here's what we're seeking:
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable field. This experience should have provided you with a solid foundation in compensation-related processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly. Familiarity with equity compensation concepts and instruments is highly valued.
- Systems Knowledge: Understanding of HRIS systems, with particular experience in Workday preferred. You should understand the interrelationships of data transfers between systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working with multiple equity plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Previous experience in a global corporate environment with cross-functional collaboration.
