The Team & The Role

Join the Creative Production Innovation Management team within our broader Product Discovery & Promotion division—a dynamic group of application managers driving complex initiatives across arenaflex's ecosystem. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs for technology platforms. What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with Product Teams: Partner with Product Managers on innovation roadmap projects, advocating for your teams throughout the innovation lifecycle through proactive consultation and advisory support.


• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product Control, Engineering, and Creative teams to establish unified project plans, priorities, and execution strategies for highly technical deliverables.


• Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize extensive trends and opportunities across your program portfolio that have potential to drive greater impact and performance.


• Manage Program Resources: Oversee asset allocation, milestone tracking, deliverables management, and communications throughout simultaneous program executions.
