As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
• Identifying document types based on provided documentation
• Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements
• Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
• Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
• Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
• Completing all tasks for the day
• Performing other basic office duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused and on-task
• Self-motivation with a strong work ethic

• Proficient in reading and speaking English
• Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
