As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
  • Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
  • Providing support to policyholders with policy changes requested.
  • Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.

  • Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Have the ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Be a high school graduate or have a GED.
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems.
  • Possess proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Have 6 months of call center experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills.
  • Be available to work various shifts.
  • Have the ability to use Windows operating systems.
  • Possess organization and work prioritization skills.

To work from home, you must:

  • Have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps.
  • Have a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
  • Have an ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Provide proof of internet speed.
