Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Premium Member Services Professional (MSP) to become an integral part of our elite customer experience team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face and voice of arenaflex, representing our brand at our prestigious Centurion Lounge located at the Houston airport (IAH). As an MSP, you will be the first point of contact for our most valued Card Members, setting the tone for their entire experience with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Warm Welcoming & Access Management: Greet and provide seamless access to premium Card Members upon their arrival at the Centurion Lounge, ensuring a smooth and welcoming entrance that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.
- End-to-End Experience Ownership: Take full accountability for the client's journey from start to finish, ensuring every interaction is consistent, personalized, and memorable.
- Problem Resolution & Loyalty Building: Develop innovative solutions to address clients' issues or concerns, transforming potentially negative situations into opportunities to win brand loyalty and create passionate advocates for arenaflex.
- Client-First Service Delivery: Apply our "Client First" philosophy in every interaction, consistently meeting and exceeding clients' needs and expectations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Concierge & Lifestyle Recommendations: Provide expert suggestions for dining, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance our members' journeys.
- Travel Assistance: Offer valuable travel advice and assist with basic reservation needs, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our Card Members.
- Partnership Collaboration: Coordinate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the specific requirements and preferences of our premium Card Members.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as a passionate ambassador for arenaflex, embodying our brand promise in every interaction and reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.
- Relationship Expansion: Act as a knowledgeable consultant, fitting our products and services to help Card Members with their specific needs while extending and strengthening their relationship with arenaflex.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience serving premium or high-net-worth clients in a hospitality, airline, lounge, or travel industry environment.
- Previous experience in reservation management and familiarity with booking systems is required.
- A genuine passion for serving clients with proactive solutions and anticipating needs before they arise.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to charm and engage clients in every single interaction.
- Strong active listening abilities, allowing you to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations that result in high satisfaction rates.
- Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude in all situations.
