Position Overview

As a Product Development Lead at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our innovation engine. What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be on conceiving, developing, and launching innovative products that meet evolving consumer needs. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Lead Product Strategy: Drive the vision and development of new products, capabilities, and features based on deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and technological possibilities. You'll be responsible for crafting the strategic direction that guides product development from initial ideation through market launch.

Consumer-Centric Design: Play a vital role in end-to-end consumer experience design. Integrate consumer research, usability studies, and market analysis into actionable product requirements that truly address user pain points and desires.

Strategic Initiative Management: Lead consumer-wide strategic initiatives that drive business results, enhance customer experiences, and increase agility in our product development process. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Product Lifecycle Management: Guide products through development, testing, and launch phases, advocating for the best possible outcomes at every stage. You'll balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Roadmap Development: Write and prioritize features for new products and product upgrades, skillfully balancing the needs of customers with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Negotiate and manage relationships across internal partners including web, mobile, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and more. You'll define and adapt product requirements while navigating complex organizational dynamics.

Performance Analysis: Display product metrics and consumer feedback post-launch. Conduct A/B tests and experiments in partnership with digital platform teams to continuously refine features and improve customer engagement.

Technology Partnership: Partner closely with technology teams and oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring technical excellence and timely execution of product visions.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who bring a unique blend of skills, experience, and mindset. Here's what will make you successful in this role:

Essential Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in product development or product management roles, demonstrating your ability to drive products from concept to launch.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Curiosity & Problem-Solving: Deeply inquisitive nature with a passion for creative problem-solving. You should have a strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude that drives you to overcome challenges.

Consumer Focus: Strong end-consumer awareness and genuine empathy for users. You should be able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and design solutions that truly address their needs.

Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile product development environments. Familiarity with tools like Rally or similar platforms for managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business and customer value.

Complexity Management: Ability to navigate technical, regulatory, and communication complexity in large, multi-workstream initiatives. You should be comfortable working in ambiguous situations and driving clarity.

Strategic Thinking: Proven strategic thought leadership with the ability to develop and iterate product roadmaps and backlogs while ensuring global reusability and scalability.

Execution Excellence: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple project priorities and drive flawless execution in a rapidly changing, highly matrixed environment.

Communication Skills: Outstanding communication capabilities with the ability to engage and influence partners and senior leaders across the organization.
