As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll need to have open flexibility in your schedule, as our call center operates during peak and non-peak periods throughout the year.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a member of our team, you'll help people every day by:
- Taking calls and actively listening to understand customers' needs
- Answering their questions and providing comprehensive solutions
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls while navigating through multiple systems
- Collaborating with colleagues to create positive experiences for our customers and clients

- *What We Look For:**
We're seeking individuals with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and determined to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of experience with technical problem-solving
- Ability to successfully complete virtual training class without missing a single day (100% attendance is required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must type at least 35 wpm
- Keyboarding and software proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Must have flexible schedule availability as schedule may differ in peak and non-peak periods of the year
- *Equipment and Workspace Requirements:**
- We'll provide you with a computer and equipment
- You must have high-speed internet connection
- Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet
- Must have a quiet workspace
