Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator to manage and oversee critical provider data operations. Key Responsibilities
The Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator will be responsible for a comprehensive range of data management activities that are essential to our operations. Below is a detailed breakdown of the key responsibilities:
- Data Support and Cleanup: Provides functional support and performs data support and cleanup for data transfers, ranging from essential to complex transfers. This includes identifying discrepancies, resolving data integrity issues, and ensuring smooth data migration processes.
- Complex Data Transactions: Performs more complicated data transfers and maintenance activities associated with operations, implementations, and new product rollouts. Ensures all transactions are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Works collaboratively with different departments to ensure quality provider data is available to our members. Coordinates with internal teams to resolve data issues and improve overall data quality.
- Provider Information Management: Maintains and updates provider segment and agreement information, including formally sensitive or complex transactions, in appropriate systems to support claims settlement and provider directory accuracy.
- New Provider Onboarding: Works cooperatively with internal and external constituents to execute new partnerships and complex contractual arrangements. Ensures seamless integration of new providers into our systems.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identifies, investigates, and conducts root cause investigations for issue providers identified through various channels and trends from routine reviews. Collaborates cross-functionally within the organization to recommend process improvements.
- Data Review and Escalation: Leads and manages reviews of provider data and elevates issues for resolution as appropriate. Ensures compliance with data quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Third-Party Contracted Payment Issues: Oversees and resolves third-party contracted payment issues into appropriate systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Experience: One to two years of provider-related experience in a healthcare, insurance, or related industry environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Must be comfortable working with spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Provider Data Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in provider data maintenance, including familiarity with provider records, credentialing, and contract management.
- Production Environment Experience: Previous experience working in a production environment with strict accuracy and timeliness requirements.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required for this position.
