About the Role
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst position at arenaflex is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their analytical capabilities while supporting critical business functions. As an integral member of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you will assist in leveraging data to create, present, and recommend innovative ideas and initiatives. You will perform critical analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements that support organizational objectives including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and enhancing compliance—providing arenaflex with a competitive advantage in the industry.
This is a remote position based in Texas, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with team members across the organization. You will report to the Quality Control team leadership and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and analytical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Data Collection and Validation: Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. You will ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical projects and reporting mechanisms.
- Complex Data Analysis: Assist with developing and delivering results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. This includes translating technical findings into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Ad Hoc Request Management: Help with analyzing critical ad hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical responses to allow Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant aspects of the investigation to ease partner understanding. Create compelling visual narratives that communicate complex data findings effectively.
- Query Development: Assist with developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the necessity of the data requirements.
- Process Auditing: Identify anomalies in processes through reviews and audits and communicate findings to the team. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate effectiveness of cycles and procedures by monitoring for trends and discrepancies. Provide ongoing assessment of quality control processes and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications
