arenaflex is seeking an experienced Resource Planning Analyst to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a key member of our Clinical Operations team, you will be responsible for upholding a range of Asset Planning capabilities for numerous Clinical projects to ensure proper staffing by division.   • *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Intraday and continuous monitoring of Avaya CMS, Five9, CAS disconnected lines, Verint WFM, Viewpoint, Avaya Predictive Dialer, and CAS for volume, including inbound calls, outbound calls, faxes, and other disconnected capabilities, including non-production time (meetings, training sessions, etc.). Changing work processes/abilities and staff/timetables to ensure service levels and performance objectives are met, including checking of representative adherence to plan.
  • Participate and present on Adhoc, daily, weekly, quarterly meetings with colleagues and team on work process/booking concerns/estimates and staffing changes.
  • Provide and maintain reports/information in CMS, Verint WFM, and other pertinent data sets/assets.
  • Maintain correspondence to messages in a professional and timely manner to address service levels and the issues of the business.
  • Review waitlisted PTO for additional approvals which may fall within business boundaries.
  • Framework support of workers' onboarding and terms.
  • Individual Improvement of skills to maintain range of skills and professional success.
  • *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer support environment with genuine experience in labor force management.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in data investigation/information mining/union translation of call center volume determining.
  • At least 6+ months of experience in applied utilization of intraday and continuous monitoring of Avaya CMS and CAS disconnected lines, Verint WFM, Viewpoint WFM or IEX labor force management tools, including cloud-based as well as Avaya comparable dialer program.
  • Participate in undertakings and work in groups to advance/create/keep up with professional associations with all site faculty.
  • Sort out, focus on, and manage various tasks consistently with elevated degree of detail.
  • Capacity to recognize, analyze, and tackle complex issues considering different variables from numerous information assets.
  • Capacity to recognize, break down, and tackle complex issues including various elements in limited completion time and give strong genuine data is a vital piece of this job.
  • Give and maintain successful written correspondence through email, office communicator/Skype, as well as, verbal correspondence for estimating, booking, reports; information demands, representative time off support (approved PTO and unapproved nonattendances/FMLA).
  • Capacity to work with many groups to procure, investigate information drifts and convey staffing/booking requirements to Activities, Merchants, Clients and other inward groups by means of email/introductions/Webex/phone calls.
  • Self-Spurred with serious areas of strength for a to detail with the capacity to freely work.
  • Capacity to work in a high production, time-sensitive climate.
  • Ready to focus on and manage various assignments.
  • Shows cleverness in issue solving.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • 3-5 years experience in high-volume customer support environment with genuine experience in labor force management.

  • Capacity to acquire and examine enormous arrangements of information.
  • Experience with estimating and planning for a PBM setting. Secondary School Confirmation or GED required. Partner's certification/Four year certification or identical mix of instruction and work experience liked.
