Position Overview: Senior Customer Success Manager

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction with the arenaflex platform while driving the growth of assigned client relationships. You'll become a trusted advisor to our clients, providing thought leadership that positions arenaflex as an indispensable business partner. What You'll Do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the primary steward of client relationships, responsible for demonstrating how our innovative platform creates high-value business results through superior virtual solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with client performance expectations and driving operational excellence across our network of service partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Operate and nurture the primary client relationship with Vendor Managers while building strategic secondary relationships with Director-level client contacts
- Platform Value Delivery: Demonstrate how the arenaflex platform creates high-value business results through our superior virtual solutions
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with client performance expectations across all vendors providing service on client programs
- Financial Accountability: Fully understand expected financial outcomes of client contracts and take necessary actions to deliver those results
- Performance Analysis: Anticipate when outcomes may not be met and perform deep analysis of root cause issues on client accounts
- Profitability Management: Accountable for ensuring Gross Profit margin targets are met
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed Monthly Action Plan to drive continuous improvement
- Performance Monitoring: Perform daily reviews of client scorecard performance and take immediate action to ensure deliverables meet client contract requirements
- Business Reviews: Accountable for running weekly scorecard performance reviews and rolling up insights to monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Vendor Relationship Building: Build and maintain constructive vendor relationships while facilitating resolution of performance exceptions
- Vendor Performance Management: Manage vendor performance including access to data, costs, cycle time, and quality through established controls, exception reporting, and regular auditing
- Contract Documentation: Author vendor statements of work, including service level exhibits
- Financial Analysis: Undertake financial and qualitative analysis with a focus on quality and timeliness of delivery
- Quality Management: Drive compliance and quality management across all programs
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise Managers within the Customer Success team
- Growth Enablement: Assist the business development team in identifying new opportunities for arenaflex to expand business with existing clients
- Proposal Support: Support the business development team in crafting new programs and value propositions
Interdependencies & Collaboration
Success at arenaflex requires seamless collaboration across multiple departments. You'll be accountable for:
- Ensuring vendor resources meet qualifications and performance expectations required to deliver contractual results
- Collaborating with the Learning team to ensure correct business outcomes are delivered
- Ensuring SLAs are properly set and consistently met
- Optimizing the forecasting process for optimal outcomes for both clients and arenaflex
- Ensuring correct parameters are in place for real-time operational levers such as Urgent Service and Convenience Leave requests
- Reviewing vendor-level metrics and vendor rankings to drive performance improvements
- Collaborating with Business Analytics to evaluate results and prepare for client meetings
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Industry Experience: Prior BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience is required
- Work Style: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Technical Proficiency: Deep proficiency with reporting, data analysis, and trend analysis is a must
- Management Experience: Three years of exempt-level managerial experience with proven track record of managing client relationships
- Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with near-expert level Excel skills (2007 or later)
- Availability: Must embrace a 24/7 client engagement philosophy
- Professional Attributes: Exceptional professionalism, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong collaboration skills
- Travel: This position may require occasional light travel

- Combined Experience: Sales or Account Management experience combined with operational experience
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating abilities with proven track record
