- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, average handle time, and other critical metrics that drive our clients' success.
- Active Listening & Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating genuine empathy while probing for deeper understanding. Utilize decision-support tools, knowledge bases, and resources to resolve non-routine, unstructured problems that require conceptual thinking and creative solutions.
- Professional Customer Interactions: Greet every customer in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures and scripts. Maintain a pleasant and positive tone throughout all interactions, ensuring each customer feels valued and respected.

- Accurate Documentation: Prepare complete and precise work including proper account notation, case documentation, and detailed records in our call tracking database. Ensure all information is captured accurately for future reference and analytical purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in team meetings, coaching sessions, and activities designed to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Sales & Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that may benefit customers, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business growth while adhering to ethical selling practices.

What We're Looking For: Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred in certain regions)
- Experience: Six or more months of customer service experience preferred, though we welcome candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills including proficiency in MS Office applications, email platforms, and web-based systems

This position offers the following schedule:

- Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday
- Rest Days: Friday and Saturday
- Work Location: Work-from-home opportunity available for qualified candidates
