**Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. This involves assisting in the improvement and preservation of the new VOC technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller. You'll work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.

• *About the Role**

We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Operating closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
• Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
• Familiarity with data science tools and techniques, such as machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in data science, data engineering, or related fields
