We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX (with the option to work remotely). As a Technical Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize MarTech solutions.

• *Responsibilities**

As a Technical Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Demonstrating expertise in MarTech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platforms, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborating with marketing, data engineering, and product teams to design and implement effective MarTech solutions.
• Conducting thorough research and authoring functional and technical documentation to support the development of MarTech solutions.
• Developing and delivering executive-level presentations to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences.
• Analyzing and optimizing digital customer journeys, personalization strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and bridging the gap between marketing, data engineering, and product teams.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in MarTech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platforms.

• *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A strong background in MarTech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platforms, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and AEP.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution processes, and data governance protocols.
• Knowledge of ad tech integrations such as LiveRamp, clean rooms, and data onboarding solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions.
• Collaborative and forward-thinking approach, with a willingness to contribute to both strategic planning and practical implementation.
