As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guiding them through the research and booking process, and ensuring they have memorable and well-organized experiences. You'll work closely with our sales team to support inbound sales calls, triage inbound sales calls, and deliver a positive customer experience.
