What You'll Do for Us

As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Global Equity team, responsible for delivering exceptional stock plan management services that support our employees and business objectives. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities designed to ensure operational excellence and compliance across all equity-based compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities


  • Proactive Data Audits: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner.

  • Award Processing: Process the release of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and attention to detail. Ensure all awards are processed accurately and within established timelines.

  • Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. Verify accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of all transactions.

  • Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from plan participants, method partners, and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all inquiries are addressed professionally and efficiently.

  • Award Grant Support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of award grants and plan enrollments.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. Utilize your analytical skills to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements.

  • System Maintenance: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the Global Equity team.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated professional who brings a combination of technical expertise, analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in equity plan management or a related field, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area. Familiarity with equity compensation concepts and regulations is highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity software.

  • HRIS Knowledge: Understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, including methods and interrelationships of data transfers between systems.

  • Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Attention to detail is critical for success in this role.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and across diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Hands-on experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and employee stock purchase plans.

  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment with exposure to international equity compensation regulations and best practices.

  • Knowledge of equity plan administration platforms and compliance requirements.

  • Familiarity with SOX controls and financial audit procedures.
