Position Overview

As an In-Store Client Experience Expert at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with our brand. This position offers a unique blend of customer service, sales support, and operational responsibilities. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Our Client Experience Experts are responsible for delivering outstanding support through various communication channels, including in-person interactions, telephone consultations, and email correspondence. You will assist customers with navigating our extensive product catalog, placing orders, understanding product details, and resolving any concerns they may have. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Customer Support Excellence: Provide exceptional customer care through multiple channels, including in-person, telephone, and email communications. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's extensive product inventory to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Stay updated on new product launches, features, and specifications to provide accurate information.
  • Online Order Fulfillment: Fulfill customer online orders and returns in-store, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely processing. Manage in-store pickup processes and assist customers with retrieving shopping carts from the parking area.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product departments, to resolve customer complaints and issues. Work together with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Store Operations: Maintain store appearance by keeping all areas clean, organized, and welcoming. This includes maintaining store sections, recovering shopping carts, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and any potential delays.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback through meaningful and engaging conversations. Identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes and share feedback with relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Policy Adherence: Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures while assisting customers. Stay up-to-date on any changes in company policies and ensure compliance at all times.
  • Technology Utilization: Use various customer care tools, software, and systems to manage customer interactions efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and transactions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service through various channels

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
