The Revenue Technology and Data Analytics IT team is responsible for overseeing key business functions including Revenue Management and Accounting, Loyalty Programs, Data Management, Analytics, and Business Intelligence. Position Overview: What You Will Do

As an IT Summer Student in our Revenue Technology and Data Analytics division, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to our organization's success. Depending on your assigned team, you may be involved in:

• Software Development: Collaborating with our development teams to build and maintain applications that support revenue management, accounting, and customer loyalty programs. You may work with technologies such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Angular, Python, C++ on Linux, REST, XML, and web services.

• Business Analysis: Gathering requirements for system improvements, analyzing business processes, and recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

• Data Analysis and Business Intelligence: Creating performance dashboards, developing reporting solutions, and analyzing data to support decision-making across the organization. You will work with large datasets to uncover insights that drive business strategy.

• Technical Support: Providing assistance for IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and applications.

• System Engineering: Supporting the maintenance, enhancement, and infrastructure environment of our software applications and systems.

Our summer interns work in a hybrid environment, with most teams operating on a partially on-site and partially remote basis, subject to management approval. This arrangement provides you with the flexibility to collaborate in person while also enjoying the benefits of remote work.

What You Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Ability to work from our Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN office (specific location will be determined during the interview process)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A genuine embrace of diversity, different thinking styles, and collaborative approaches
• Commitment to prioritizing safety and security—of yourself, others, and data
• Enthusiasm for tackling complex problems and investing the necessary effort to overcome obstacles and learn from mistakes

• Comfortable working in a business-casual dress code environment
• Interest in pursuing a full-time career with arenaflex after graduation, should a permanent offer be extended
