What You Will Do in This Role
As a Remote Technical Support and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients' brands. - Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email using our comprehensive call flow guides and knowledge base resources.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and other client products and services.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers by listening actively, demonstrating empathy, and providing personalized solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Database Management: Accurately track, document, and retrieve customer information, interaction history, and resolution details in our CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of client products and services, including familiarity with iOS, MacOS, Android, Windows, and other comparable technologies.
