*What You'll Do:**

Answer customer calls, identify their problems, and help resolve them
Assist with troubleshooting customer's phones, tablets, and computers
Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
Work against established metrics to help you develop professionally

*Your Qualifications:**

Speak and understand Danish
Live in Denmark (note: you'll work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
Have a high level of English proficiency
Be interested in technology and not afraid to take on technical challenges
Know what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
Have a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
