Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
