Purpose of the Role

arenaflex is seeking an innovative and insightful Customer Experience Transformation Consultant to elevate both our customer engagement strategies and pre-sales efforts. In this pivotal role, you will support the delivery of transformative pre-sales initiatives including targeted assessments, comprehensive process analysis, industry benchmarking, intricate customer journey mapping, mystery shopping programs, and other diagnostic tools that provide critical insights and solution recommendations needed to elevate existing proposals or capture client attention as we highlight key arenaflex services and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Transformation Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of how we engage with prospects and deliver value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Strategic Pre-Sales Collaboration: Partner intimately with sales and marketing teams to provide comprehensive pre-sales support, including developing compelling solution demonstrations, crafting winning proposal preparations, and developing persuasive presentations that showcase arenaflex's unique value proposition.
  • Specialized Assessment Design: Lead and design specialized assessments to surface pain-points and uncover opportunities within prospects' targeted processes, functions, or customer journeys. You will utilize various diagnostic methodologies to gather deep insights that inform our consulting recommendations.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Conduct detailed customer journey mapping exercises to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement. You will provide strategic recommendations across people, process, and technology dimensions to create seamless customer experiences.
  • CX & Mystery Shopping Initiatives: Design and execute sophisticated CX and mystery shopping initiatives to comprehensively assess and improve the customer experience across various touchpoints and channels.
  • Insight Generation & Recommendation Development: Analyze customer feedback from multiple sources, generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements or innovations based on arenaflex's extensive service and product offerings.
  • Benchmarking & Best Practice Identification: Work closely with cross-functional teams to benchmark existing client and prospect practices, customer experience strategies, and operating models. Provide strategic insights and identify opportunities for improvement aligned with industry best practices.
  • Client Workshop Leadership: Lead engaging workshops and co-innovation sessions with clients and prospects to surface opportunities for improvement and deliver recommended actions precisely aligned to targeted business objectives.
  • Transformation Narrative Development: Assist in the creation and development of compelling transformation and solutions narratives for targeted clients and prospects that articulate the arenaflex value story.
  • Independent Client Consulting: Deliver client-facing consulting engagements and assessments independently, managing relationships and driving outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Target Achievement: Assist in achieving regional and global departmental targets related to benefit realization and measurable client outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must bring a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal attributes:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or additional certifications are viewed favorably.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in customer experience management, process improvement, and consulting, including roles specifically focused on customer journey mapping and pre-sales support.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. You must be comfortable working with complex datasets and translating quantitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Project Management Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
  • Communication Excellence: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You must be capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from C-suite executives to operational teams.
  • Strategic Design Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing tailored customer experience and pre-sales strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
