Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Mechanical Assembly Technicians to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical components and systems.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
- Interpret CAD models, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and proper fit
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment to fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Partner with engineering teams to provide feedback that improves design for manufacturability and assembly efficiency
- Perform functional testing and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure proper operation
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, modifications, and test results
- Follow established quality, safety, and production standards throughout all assembly activities
- Qualifications:
- Open to all experience levels; prior experience in mechanical assembly or related work is a plus
- 2+ years of mechanical assembly, testing, or troubleshooting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on, self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with CAD models or technical drawings
- Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments
- Comfort using a variety of hand and power tools
