JOB TYPES: Full-time; Remote; MUST be a U.S. citizen. DAILY TASKS: Oversee and execute the digital signing for borrowers. Host/engage the digital closing during a video call with borrowers,walk through closing documents, answer questions, and facilitate aremote online notary. Provide a lasting impression on behalf of your services as borrowersexecute documents for the financing of one of their largest and mostimportant purchases. Setup technology and documents in preparation for the closingceremony. Provide quality assurance for all documents during the closingprocesses. Facilitate the post close flows in preparation for loan servicing. Work with your origination team members in preparation of loanclosings. Obtain feedback from users (How can my services improve? What ismissing? Any comments on the systems and ownership of theprocess?). Share any best practices, prior experience, new learnings, andchallenges across a growing team of origination professionals,working to disrupt manufactured housing finance. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate college degree orextended relevant work experience. Comfortable in an uncertain, fast-paced environment that will evolveas our technology and business scales. Proactive and autonomous worker.Collaborative and innovative with a strong desire for the entire teamto win together. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.Proficient in technology and changing environments. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
