As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Temporary) - Remote $15.50/hour, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
  • Solving customer issues related to employee benefits, researching problems, and processing documents
  • Maintaining satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics
  • Providing exceptional support and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school graduate
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
