Position Overview: Weekend Customer Service Intake Specialist

As a Customer Service Intake Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our on-demand healthcare logistics business. This position is designed for individuals who excel in customer-facing roles and are passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, representing arenaflex through every interaction and ensuring that each person feels heard, valued, and assisted.

This is a part-time weekend position with a schedule of Saturday and Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. You will handle customer inquiries via telephone, assist with order entry, resolve issues, and manage various customer requests while meeting all corporate guidelines and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Intake Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
