    Job Description:
  • Develop product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications for Veeva's CRM solution
  • Work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to gather requirements and be the voice of the customer
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, operations to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts
  • Evangelize products and act as subject matter expert for internal and external audiences
  • Create and prioritize features, ensuring they are built, delivered with quality, and delight customers
    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback, assessing needs, and integrating into a cohesive design
  • Curiosity for understanding how things work and asking the right questions
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and independent
  • Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a feature backlog
  • Track record of effectively collaborating with engineering/QA to define, design, and deliver product
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and formal presentation
  • A strong sense of professional ethics
  • Nice to Have: Experience with commercial aspects of the Life Sciences industry, configurable enterprise SaaS, Veeva Vault platform, prior software development experience or computer science degree
