Position Overview

This position is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that enhance our product selection, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying product selection gaps in the marketplace, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to attract key marketplace players, and maximizing our product assortment while expanding our customer base.

You'll become an expert in your assigned marketplace segment, understanding seasonality, global trends, and competitive dynamics. Your role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and acquiring high-caliber sellers through direct sales outreach, virtual events, and compelling presentations. You'll guide sellers through best practices of online selling, providing data-driven insights that help them achieve excellence in delivery, customer experience, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities


  • Market Intelligence: Develop a thorough understanding of your marketplace segment, including seasonality, global developments, activities, and competitor efforts. Continuously monitor market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, virtual events, webinars, and professional presentations. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Seller Enablement: Guide sellers by sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor challenges, ensuring seamless partnership experiences.

  • Strategic Planning: Execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players, focusing on product selection gaps and customer demand trends.

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields are strongly preferred.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused selling methodologies.

  • Market Launch Experience: Experience launching nascent products or services into new markets is strongly favored.

  • Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and negotiate effectively.
