We're currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Account Manager – Third-Party Marketplace Development to join our growing team in Nicaragua. About the Role

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our third-party (3P) marketplace presence in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value seller relationships that enhance our product selection, competitive pricing, and overall customer experience. This role is chartered with identifying product selection gaps, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and attracting key marketplace players to join our platform.

You'll have the opportunity to work directly with sellers to help them succeed on our platform, sharing best practices, data-driven insights, and strategies that drive sales growth, improve delivery standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships—both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


  • Market Intelligence: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality trends, global market developments, and competitor activities. You'll continuously monitor competitor efforts and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, industry events, and compelling presentations. You'll be the face of arenaflex to prospective partners.
  • Seller Enablement: Guide sellers through the onboarding process and share industry best practices for online selling. This includes providing data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, exceptional customer experiences, and meet their business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with and influence both internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues promptly. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our seller community.
  • Product Selection Strategy: Analyze product selection gaps and develop strategies to attract key marketplace players that will expand our product assortment and grow our customer base.
  • Performance Optimization: Work with sellers to optimize their listings, pricing strategies, and operational processes to maximize their success on our platform.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications


  • A bachelor's degree is required. Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
  • 1-3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused sales processes.
  • Experience launching new products or services into new markets is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs. You'll need to be comfortable analyzing data and creating reports.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Exceptional business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities—you should be comfortable working with complex data sets and deriving actionable insights.
  • Polished communication skills including speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating with confidence and professionalism.
  • Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment with "hands-on" management of responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Qualifications


  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and third-party seller ecosystems.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and CRM platforms.
