Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Comcast is expanding its team and seeking Business Retention and Sales Representatives who excel in sales environments. The role involves supporting Comcast Business Services in retaining existing customers by addressing their concerns and renegotiating service agreements.
Responsibilities
- Uses active listening, empathy and assumes ownership of customer issues through to resolution
- Communicates a professional sense of urgency, with various departments, to rectify customer issues
- Minimizes fall out by strategically offering product bundles and price points that meet the needs of the customers' budget and business applications and expands their product mix with Comcast
- Meets or exceeds budgeted retention goals for all product lines
- Demonstrates strong problem solving and communications skills
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of commission-driven sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps speed
- Home office setup meeting specified requirement
