Position Overview

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with our valued existing customers via phone, taking their orders with precision and care, and accurately entering all relevant data into our state-of-the-art order management system. Key Responsibilities

As an essential member of our customer service team, you will be expected to:

  • Verify customer information including contact details, order specifications, shipping addresses, and payment information to minimize errors

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, pricing, and company policies in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience - previous call center or related experience is strongly preferred

  • Proficient data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and high accuracy rate

  • Reliable high-speed internet access (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload recommended)
