About the Role
As a Flight Service Administration Representative within our Client Experience Division, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight services. This position is particularly focused on supporting our esteemed flight attendants through various administrative tasks related to their employment lifecycle, from payroll processing and time-off management to coordinating training and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Telephone Support & Inquiry Management: Handle high-volume telephone inquiries from flight attendants and other internal stakeholders, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining exceptional communication standards.
- Scheduling System Operations: Perform diverse duties within our Semi-automated Business Research Environment (Sabre) and Crew Assignment Tracking System (CATS), including scheduling adjustments, shift assignments, and resource allocation.
- Policy Interpretation & Application: Demonstrate thorough understanding of crew scheduling policies and procedures as outlined in the flight attendant collective bargaining agreement, ensuring compliance and accurate application in all interactions.
- Multi-Department Collaboration: Work seamlessly with flight attendants, various management levels, and union representatives to address operational needs and resolve complex issues that arise during the course of business.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise records of all conversations and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation while adhering to established protocols and confidentiality requirements.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide consistent, clear information to callers while demonstrating the ability to understand presented issues thoroughly and offer solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Payroll & Time-Off Administration: Process payroll-related transactions, manage time-away cycles including family leave recordings, and handle requests related to leave of absence and vacation scheduling.
- Training Coordination: Assist in arranging training logistics and travel accommodations for flight attendant development programs, ensuring all participants receive necessary information and support.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- System Experience: Familiarity with scheduling systems such as Sabre, DECS, and RES is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of airline crew scheduling operations and previous experience working with unionized workgroups is advantageous.
- Contact Center Background: Prior experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred but not required – we value transferable skills and provide comprehensive training.
