Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in our claims coordination operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Claims Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain claims information into our sophisticated claims management systems, ensuring all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

  • Claims Follow-Up: Proactively identify and follow up on missing or incomplete information necessary to process claims efficiently, communicating with relevant parties to obtain required documentation.

  • Invoice Review: Carefully review invoices to verify accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper coding and billing procedures are followed.

  • Report Compilation: Generate and compile comprehensive reports from our systems containing claims information, ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights for the team.

  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and providing accurate information.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent education

  • Six months to one year of relevant work experience in administrative, data entry, or customer service roles

  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple software applications

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
