Position Overview: Data Entry Associate

  • Transaction Processing: Manage all transaction types (totaling 31 distinct categories) within various team queues, including the Customer Communications Unit Queue, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team.

  • Policy Administration: Execute tasks such as creating value quotes, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiary information, and managing settlement options with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Quality Assurance: Review referrals meticulously to ensure all data is in good order for processing. This includes identifying discrepancies, validating information completeness, and escalating cases to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Occasionally require outreach to other departments for escalated cases, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Premium Management: Assist with premium administration, including processing premium changes, suspending premiums as needed, and managing tax withholdings in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Platform Utilization: Utilize Salesforce as the primary platform for all transaction processing. Ensure all work is pulled from the platform and completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Process Adherence: Follow established processes and procedures while maintaining high-quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
