[Remote] Real Estate Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve any discrepancies found in the data
• Adhere to privacy regulations and data security protocols
• Assist in creating reports and presentations using acquired data

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Solid background in data entry or a related field
• Strong command of real estate language and procedures
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office suite and data input programs
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in real estate-related data entry
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance
• Familiarity with data security regulations
