What You'll Do
As a Senior Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our demand planning and forecasting initiatives. Your responsibilities will span multiple business lines, requiring you to blend analytical rigor with strategic thinking. Here's what you can expect:
- Lead the Demand Planning Process: Take ownership of the demand forecasting process for designated business lines, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster seamless partnerships with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, AI, and Workforce Management to capture requirements and deliver solutions that meet diverse needs.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Proactively discover areas for business improvement, system optimization, and automation. Implement data-driven process enhancements to streamline existing workflows.
- Scale Forecasting Capabilities: Streamline and scale our current planning processes to address the unique requirements of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability objectives.
- Translate Data into Insights: Bridge the gap between data and business requirements, asking the right questions and mining answers that drive strategic decisions.
- Measure Impact: Define and track key metrics to evaluate the success of your initiatives. Demonstrate measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Build and Maintain Dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting tools using Sigma, Tableau, and Snowflake to provide real-time visibility into forecasting performance.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning technology, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related industries.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced SQL skills—ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries
- Expert-level Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Sigma and Tableau
- Strong understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake and cloud-based data warehouses
- Analytical Abilities: Demonstrated capability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to individual contributors and senior leadership alike.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives that drive the greatest impact.
Preferred Qualifications
