• Maintain performance standards throughout certification and production
• Follow structured systems without requiring constant guidance

Skills

• Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Mandatory attendance at certification sessions
• Ability to meet startup and equipment requirements
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace is necessary
• Wired high-speed internet and a Windows-based PC required (no Mac or Chromebook)
• Experience in customer service or remote work environments
• Familiarity with performance metrics and accountability standards
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
