What You'll Do

This role will be instrumental in supporting our team’s work to transform a network of thousands of individual merchant organizations into a seamless, high-performing operations ecosystem. Our technology partners are working with cutting-edge tools that vendors will use to execute functional, high-value activities. Determining the right technologies and ensuring we’ve built the right tools that address our vendors’ needs will be a key responsibility for the right candidate.

These enhancements should benefit both arenaflex and our vendor partners, enabling more efficient order fulfillment, communication, reporting, product availability, and increased transparency throughout our supply chain. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop statistical and analytical models to support cross-functional initiatives that drive business improvement


• Collaborate and partner closely with Data Solutions, Data Visualization, and other teams to ensure flexible and successful rollout of recommendations


• Apply data engineering and data science techniques to bring solutions for difficult questions into scope


• Serve as the subject matter expert for data, analysis, and visualization within the Global Operations or Supply Chain organization to ensure accurate and appropriate interpretation of core business metrics and customer behavior


• Support broad improvement initiatives spanning thousands of vendors to enhance efficiency and visibility across the supply chain for our vendor partners


• Analyze key performance metrics to identify root causes of performance issues and drive meaningful change


• Consistently communicate performance trends and improvements to senior management and leadership


• Work with technology partners to evaluate and implement new tools that improve vendor operations and data transparency


• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Management, Social Sciences, or other quantitative discipline with strong academic record


• Experience in a quantitative, business intelligence, data science, or engineering role performing quantitative analysis is required


• Hands-on experience conducting quantitative analyses on large datasets; proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and structured programming languages (Python or R)


• Proficient knowledge of SQL (TSQL, Google BigQuery, and Vertica including aggregate functions, joins, etc.)


• High attention to detail and proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities effectively


• Solution-oriented, collaborative, and curious attitude


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly collaborative disposition


• Experience delivering successful projects end-to-end on time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or DataStudio


• Background in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain operations


• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their business applications


• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)


• Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones


• Understanding of statistical modeling and predictive analytics
