What You'll Do

As a Senior Strategies Expert - Last Mile Anticipating at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping our delivery infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be supporting last-mile package determining and carrier scope organization, ensuring that our logistics network operates at peak efficiency while meeting the ever-growing demands of digital commerce.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to create precise package volume forecasts down to the lowest degree of granularity, enabling optimal resource allocation across our delivery network


• Carrier Partnership Optimization: Work closely with carrier partners to align package capacity with demand plans, ensuring timely deliveries while maximizing operational efficiency


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with functional groups, network planning, S&OP teams, and various headquarters and field teams to drive cohesive logistics strategies


• Strategic Problem Solving: Develop innovative solutions to complex logistics challenges using out-of-the-box thinking that keeps pace with evolving consumer expectations


• Performance Monitoring: Establish goals and results metrics, track progress, and communicate achievements to stakeholders across the organization

Work Arrangement

arenaflex offers flexible work arrangements to support your professional success and work-life balance. This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on arenaflex's business needs:

• Hybrid Option: Your core role will be a combination of virtual and on-site work at an arenaflex location, providing the best of both worlds


• Full-Time Remote: Work from home or another location that isn't an arenaflex office, with no dedicated workspace at your primary headquarters, and attend HQ up to 4 times per year

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience


• 2+ years of data analysis experience or relevant equivalent domain expertise


• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization programs in large-scale, complex business environments


• Experience working with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Hive


• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities


• A creative approach to problem-solving


• Experience in forecasting and modeling


• A proven track record of taking ownership and driving measurable results


• Ability to establish goals or results and track and communicate progress effectively


• Capability to make decisions with minimal guidance from supervisors or other leaders
