Key Responsibilities

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaborative skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including network planning, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), carrier partners, and both headquarters and field operations teams. Your contributions will be instrumental in optimizing our logistics processes and ensuring that we deliver on our commitments to customers.

Primary Duties and Expectations

• Last-Mile Bundle Gauging Support: Analyze and evaluate bundle sizes and configurations to ensure optimal packaging and shipping efficiency across all delivery routes.


• Carrier Capacity Quantification: Work with carrier partners to assess and forecast package capacity, ensuring we can meet volume demands during peak seasons and special events.


• Demand Alignment: Align carrier package capacity with digital transportation to-home interest plans, creating seamless integration between customer demand and operational capabilities.


• Volume Projection Excellence: Develop and maintain accurate package volume projections down to the lowest level of granularity, enabling precise resource allocation and operational planning.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with functional teams, network planning, S&OP teams, carrier partners, and other headquarters and field groups to achieve shared objectives.

Essential Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of data analysis experience or relevant equivalent experience in a fast-paced business environment.
