What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Analyst Manager at arenaflex, you will serve as the analytical backbone for our product development teams. Your work will involve more than just number crunching—you will be responsible for weaving compelling narratives from data, translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis using advanced tools such as SQL, R, and Python to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Your analytical work will address both structured and unstructured data challenges, providing clarity where others see chaos.


• End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead projects from conception to completion, covering every stage including problem definition, metric development, data extraction and manipulation, visualization, statistical modeling, and presentation of findings to stakeholders.


• Strategic Problem Solving: Tackle ambiguous or novel challenges by leveraging existing systems and collaborating across teams. You will transform broad, ill-defined problems into structured workstreams that the team can execute effectively.


• Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee the integration of cross-functional and organizational project timelines. Drive continuous improvements and recommendations while defining operational goals and objectives that align with business priorities.


• Team Influence and Mentorship: Provide guidance and achieve results by leading and influencing contributions from team members. You will mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.


• Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to provide quantitative support, market insights, and strategic perspectives that inform product roadmaps and feature priorities.


• Insight Communication: Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional partners in a clear, compelling manner that drives alignment and action.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who combines strong technical skills with exceptional business acumen. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, translating technical findings into business recommendations, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.


• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team supervisor or manager within a technical leadership role. You should have demonstrated the ability to guide, mentor, and develop team members while driving results.


• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data manipulation. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R is essential.


• Database Skills: Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is required.


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Problem-Solving Abilities: A track record of using analytical approaches to solve ambiguous business or product problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience using analysis to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.


• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment with a track record of delivering impact.


• Familiarity with product analytics frameworks and methodologies.


• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical hypothesis testing.


• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application to business problems.


• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
