About the Role
The Agency Partnership team at arenaflex is a high-performing, entrepreneurial group of professionals who serve as the "human face" of arenaflex, driving customer success through strategic partnerships with a diverse portfolio of agency partners. We are seeking a Senior Strategic Agency Manager to join our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team who will leverage their executive influencing skills and deep industry expertise to partner with traditional media agencies and unlock new value for their businesses and their clients.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on influencing budget allocation to increase digital capabilities and strengthen long-term commercial growth partnerships within our agency network. You will drive scalable business growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts, shaping how agencies approach new and existing business opportunities in the digital space. Your knowledge of both traditional and online media, combined with exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities, will be instrumental in driving mutual success for arenaflex, our agency partners, and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Strategic Agency Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships across your assigned agency portfolio. Your core responsibilities include:
- Business Growth Execution: Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth objectives by driving scalable product adoption and revenue growth across a broad portfolio of agency clients. You will consistently exceed targets and drive measurable results that impact arenaflex's bottom line.
- Portfolio Ownership: Own and manage a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding their growth drivers, identifying expansion opportunities, managing potential risks, and building comprehensive multi-quarter plans for sustained achievement. You will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your agency partners.
- Executive Relationship Management: Work across all levels of agency partners—from C-suite executives to operational teams—to grow new and existing business consistently. Prioritize and deliver outstanding business experiences that strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Large Customer Sales Agency counterparts on cross-channel agencies, aligning on strategic and product priorities to provide a cohesive experience to our agencies and their clients. Partner with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth.
- Strategic Planning: Shape the agency program by serving as a thought partner for Agency Leadership on strategic initiatives, agency-level planning, and resource allocation. Drive alignment on the deployment of strategic resources to fuel growth enablement initiatives.
- Capability Development: Develop the capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of their organization to enable sustainable business growth for all parties. Create and implement training programs, best practices, and growth frameworks.
Required Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, industry expertise, and proven leadership capabilities. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus but not required.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, with specific experience in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Electronics, Automotive, OEMs, Telecommunications, E-Commerce/Retail, Applications, Advertising, Gaming, or Technology sectors.
- Executive Engagement: Demonstrated experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. You must be comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Partnership Management: Proven track record of managing agreements, partnerships, or strategic relationships. Experience with contract negotiations, relationship building, and long-term partnership development.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans that drive measurable business outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$188,000, plus bonus and equity participation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
