Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Corporate Finance talent team.
This exciting and high-impact role serves as a strategic talent consultant for hiring managers, driving the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and external candidates. You'll be working closely with our Corporate Finance business group, helping to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent that will drive arenaflex's financial success.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Strategic Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and HR teams regarding recruitment strategies, providing insights on how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation. You'll share industry trends, compensation practices, and market activity insights while developing strategies and best practices related to the talent acquisition process.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the overall recruiting process by connecting with hiring managers to understand position requirements and preferences. Develop and recommend relevant recruitment and diversity sourcing strategies that align with business needs.
- Candidate Presentation & Selection: Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews. Gather feedback regarding candidate quality and final hiring decisions. Facilitate the offer process and negotiation talks, and communicate candidate decisions to hiring managers, HR Partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and translate them into talent acquisition strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging talent pools. Use this knowledge to advise hiring managers on best practices and innovative recruitment approaches.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a talented professional who brings the following qualifications and experience:
Essential Qualifications:
- Expertise in sourcing top talent and understanding how to align talent strategies with business needs
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging qualified talent in the marketplace
- Strong proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and influence recruitment strategy
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in managing recruiting projects and meeting hiring expectations
- Experience in Corporate Finance recruiting is highly preferred
Education & Experience Requirements:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field plus 2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related area.
Option 2: 4 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within a Fortune 500 company
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
