Title Abstractor

Velocity Public Records is dedicated to providing exceptional real estate abstracting and research services. They are seeking a Title Abstractor/Researcher who will be responsible for searching county records, building chains of title, and communicating findings with clients.

Responsibilities

• Search county records and online databases for deeds, liens, easements, and more
• Build accurate chains of title and identify potential issues
• Communicate findings clearly with our team and clients
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Travel to Ohio counties as needed for on-site research

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working with public records and online systems
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and ability to adhere to deadlines
• Experience in title abstracting/research
