Key Responsibilities
As a TPO Partner Services Specialist, you will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties designed to support our Third Party Origination channel. Your daily activities will include:
- Partner Onboarding Excellence: Enhance and execute our standard onboarding routine for all new TPO partners, ensuring a seamless and positive introduction to arenaflex's processes, systems, and culture.
- Partner Approval Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of TPO partner relationships, including new partner approvals, renewals, and de-activations while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Third-Party Processing Support: Manage the approval, renewal, and de-activation processes for third-party processing companies, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Warehouse Provider Relations: Handle all administrative aspects of warehouse provider relationships, including approvals, renewals, and necessary de-activations.
- Contact Database Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate master contact lists for both internal and external TPO partners, ensuring seamless communication channels.
- Rate Sheet Distribution: Responsible for the timely delivery of daily rate sheets to external partners, ensuring they have the information needed to serve their clients effectively.
- VA Sponsorship Processing: Manage VA sponsorship process approvals, renewals, and de-activations in accordance with Veterans Affairs guidelines.
- White Glove Process Enhancement: Enhance and execute standard processes related to our distinguished White Glove service, ensuring premium partner experiences.
- Bulletin Execution: Responsible for the execution of the bulletin process as directed by TPO leadership, ensuring all partners receive critical updates promptly.
- Web Presence Maintenance: Maintain timely and accurate information regarding TPO web presence, working collaboratively with marketing and technology teams.
- Training Coordination: Serve as a liaison with arenaflex's training division to ensure partner training needs are identified, executed, and delivered effectively.
- Training Development: Develop and implement standard training routines for all new TPO partners, creating comprehensive educational materials.
- Technical Support: Provide daily technical support to brokers and account managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Loan Level Issue Resolution: Conduct loan-level issue diagnosis and implement effective error resolution strategies.
- Direct Partner Assistance: Offer direct assistance via phone and video conferencing to address partner questions and system issues.
- Deadline Management: Meet crucial deadlines requested by internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong time management skills.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience in the mortgage industry
- Prior experience in TPO/Wholesale environment is strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to work extended hours until 6:00 PM Pacific Time as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of mortgage lending software and LOS (Loan Origination Systems)
- Familiarity with VA, FHA, and conventional loan programs
- Previous experience in partner relations or account management
- Understanding of TPO channel operations and wholesale lending processes
- Experience with CRM systems and database management
