    What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization
  • Own pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and RFP execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Operations for revenue growth
  • Drive market intelligence using IQVIA/IMS data insights
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance reporting
  • Identify new business and portfolio expansion opportunities
    About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong background in pharmaceutical sales and commercial leadership
  • Expertise in pricing strategy and contract analysis
  • Experience working with wholesalers, GPOs, and retail channels
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
