Position Overview
As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will work within our high-velocity, innovative, and collaborative team focused on delivering an advanced AIOps platform that enhances the cognitive capabilities of healthcare technology systems. You will work closely with skilled professionals and team members to build and scale AI and machine learning solutions that identify, predict, and prescribe solutions to critical issues before they impact operations. Your work will directly enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of arenaflex's IT operations.
You will collaborate with colleagues using an integrated approach to work on innovative and complex solutions utilizing AI and statistical analysis. Under general guidance, you will develop models using machine learning, deep learning, and other advanced technologies to predict and analyze data on hardware and software systems within large server infrastructures to prevent outages and pinpoint errors. You will independently support processes related to the deployment of systems into production, including integration of acquired solutions, and will be responsible for design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to analyze complex datasets and predict system failures before they occur in healthcare technology infrastructure.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Create predictive models using statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities within large-scale server environments.
- System Optimization: Develop solutions that enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of IT operations through intelligent automation and predictive analytics.

Required Qualifications

Education

Experience

- Proven experience with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SQL
