Position Overview

The Service Engineer II – Customer Response (CxRE) position is a challenging and rewarding role within arenaflex's customer support organization. In this position, you will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for managing and resolving complex customer escalations across our cloud platforms and services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), product groups, and customer service representatives to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and leadership abilities. You will be tasked with identifying the right resources to resolve intricate technical problems, providing guidance to support teams, and driving improvements in service quality and reliability. This position requires working during Pacific Timezone hours. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate business needs. The on-call schedule is reviewed regularly and may be adjusted based on business requirements and team needs.
