What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of our prestigious brand partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to all customer enquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively, ensuring each interaction meets our high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our client's products, services, and policies. Become the go-to resource for customers seeking information about luxury fashion items, sizing, availability, and more.
- Problem Resolution: Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff, and handle such transitions smoothly to ensure continuity of care.
- Correspondence Handling: Deal with all written correspondence as requested and required, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications.
- Documentation & Reporting: Log all interactions accurately and in line with established procedures, ensuring that customer records are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Administrative Excellence: Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration related to customer accounts, orders, and inquiries.
- Troubleshooting & Analysis: Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and identify solutions using existing guidelines and tools, always aiming for first-touch resolution.
- Performance Targets: Meet minimum monitoring criteria and strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for customer satisfaction, call handling efficiency, and quality scores.

- Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, as you will handle calls, emails, and chat conversations in both languages with equal ease and professionalism.
- Customer Service Aptitude: Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, but we also welcome candidates with a natural aptitude for customer relations and a genuine desire to help others.

Working Hours & Schedule
We offer a structured and predictable schedule that supports work-life balance:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: 5 days on a rotational basis
- Availability: Monday through Saturday, between 09:00 and 20:00
