Position Overview
We're searching for a Seasonal Customer Love Associate to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity, with a preference for candidates based in Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself—to represent a brand that genuinely cares about making a positive impact on the world while helping customers look and feel their absolute best.
As a Seasonal Customer Love Associate, you'll be the friendly voice and helping hand that guides our customers through their shopping journey. You'll wear many hats—as a stylist, a friend, and sometimes even a personal assistant—all while representing everything that makes arenaflex special. This is a seasonal position starting in September, coinciding with our summer peak season, with the potential opportunity to extend through the winter holidays and potentially transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
What You'll Do

- Deliver Magical Customer Experiences: Provide consistently exceptional customer service across all communication channels—email, text, chat, and phone. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting positive impression and build lifelong relationships with our customers.

- Master the Art of Versatility: Be prepared to wear many hats—from stylist recommendations to order troubleshooting to general shopping assistance. No two days will be the same!
- Become a Shipping & Fulfillment Expert: Know our shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures inside and out. You'll process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth experiences from checkout to delivery.
- Be Our Customer Voice: Share valuable customer feedback and product insights with internal teams including Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development. Your observations help us continuously improve.
- Embrace Cross-Functional Learning: Get to know the ins and outs of all aspects of our business. You'll gain valuable exposure to different teams and develop a holistic understanding of how a sustainable fashion brand operates.

Extra Credit

- Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team
- Proficiency with Kustomer platform and Google Suite
- Background in retail, fashion, or sustainable industries
- Additional language skills (especially Spanish)
Availability & Scheduling
We're currently hiring for Seasonal positions with both part-time and full-time availability needed starting in September, during our busy summer peak season. We need team members who can be flexible with their schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support our customers when demand is highest.
Schedule Options:
- Part-Time: 16–29 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts required
- Full-Time: 32–40 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts required
Flexible availability is especially important—we're looking for team members who can help us deliver exceptional service when our customers need us most. This is a remote position, so you must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet access.
Growth Opportunities: Top-performing Seasonal employees may be asked to extend their contracts and join us for the winter peak season from mid-November through January. Outstanding team members may also be considered for permanent roles on our core Customer Love team, based on business needs and individual performance. Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding our team members fairly for the incredible work they do. The wage for this position is $17.60 – $18.65 per hour, depending on your location within Texas.
